If you are feeling like you are not getting enough of the important things done in a week, and spending too much time on mundane tasks that are unsatisfying, then this short course is great for you.
This 1-module course shows you how to track your activities for the next 2 weeks so that you can become aware of what you are spending your time on. The goal is to get a true picture of how you spend your time and get insight to what you are actually doing on a daily or weekly basis.
Thiis is the first step to figuring out how to use your time better. You'll want to increase the amount of time engaged in activities that you find satisfying, and reduce or eliminate the amount of time you spend on activities that are not.
